Individual Psychotherapy

I offer individual mental health therapy for adults (18 years and older) of all genders and orientations. However you identify, you are welcome here. Most clients, particularly early on, see me weekly for therapy sessions.

My fee is $150 per 50ish minute session.

I am an in-network provider for

United Healthcare/Optum
Premera/Lifewise
Regence

I do not take Apple Health plans, including Community Health Plan.

For other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I cannot bill them directly. I will be glad to provide invoices of our sessions to you and to sign any insurance forms needed. Please confirm with your insurance company that paying for my therapy services with your insurance is an option for you before we begin working together.
