Being a human is hard.
You don’t have to deal with life’s challenges on your own.
I’m so glad you are here.
Maybe you are struggling with
anxiety
depression
life transitions
grief
feeling stuck
relationship challenges
overwhelm or burnout
A bit about me:
I’m Amy Ware (she/her), a therapist in Bellingham, Washington. I love helping my clients work with some of the struggles listed over there (<-), in addition to many other challenges that come with being a human.
I bring warmth, open-mindedness, deep compassion, and humor to therapy.
I specialize in helping people view themselves and their life stories with more kindness and compassion and find more meaning in their lives.
I am deeply curious about people am continuously awed by their capacity to heal.
I am an optimist. I believe that things will get better, even in the darkest hours.
I believe that resting and tending to our own needs is an act of resistance.
I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and believe that all bodies are beautiful.
